Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are secured between cardboard stiffeners to prevent warping or damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
