How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use professional-grade, crush-resistant mailers and reinforced cardboard inserts to ensure your vinyl arrives in pristine condition. All records are packed securely to prevent seam splits and corner dings.
What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns within 30 days for defective or warped items. However, once the shrink-wrap is removed, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items due to a change of mind.
How do you grade the condition of your used records?
We follow the industry-standard Goldmine Grading Guide. Each used record is visually inspected and play-tested when necessary to provide an accurate rating from 'Poor' to 'Mint'.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
